I chose this hotel for a corporate retreat as it provided a meeting room for our business needs. The amenities were well-maintained and the staff was accommodating and friendly.

One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with access to printers and other office equipment.

The cabanas were built of typical thai architecture- the exteriors were quite attractive, the interiors were spartan. The beddeing, and linen were extremely poor quality.

The 3 star rating may have applied when the hotel was fist constructed howvever, the building now require some work, as with their linen needs replacing as well. Their buffet breakfast was minimialist, bland with very few alternatives. I wiuld rate the place a 2 star hotel at best.

I recently had a great stay at a resort on Koh Chang island and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The beautiful houses were equipped with big windows that let in plenty of natural light, and though the furniture was a bit old, the rooms were clean and comfortable. I also appreciated the attention to detail, with the rooms being cleaned every day and bottled water provided. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short 10-minute walk from the beach, nestled in a pretty garden setting. I also enjoyed the convenience of having breakfast included in my stay, with a variety of standard menu sets to choose from. this hotel offered excellent value for money and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Although the hotel was mostly great, the music from a nearby bar could get quite loud during the night.

The resort was beautiful, well-maintained, with an amazing swimming pool. Conveniently located near the beach, street food, and restaurants. Comfortable bed and air conditioning. Good value for money with scooter rental and free breakfast. Great massage service and lovely rainforest surroundings.

Very nice resort, located in one of the better parts of Koh Chang. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was OK, lunch/snack possibilities were very good. The staff of the resort is very friendly, helpful and they speak English quite well.

You need to walk about 5 minutes before getting to the beach. But since the resorts located on the beach ask about twice the rate per night, you might as well go by taxi (50 to 100 Bath) or rent a motorbike (200 Bath).

The relation price/confort was very good

Based on the website, it was announced that all the rooms have a view to the beach...that not true because the Beach is on the other side of the road and quit distant from the Thai garden Hill resort

The pool was one of the best parts of our stay, very beautiful and perfect for a romantic escape. We also loved the fact that it was just a short walk to a stunning beach, ideal for a little getaway. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome during our stay.

The Wi-Fi in the rooms was poor, which was a bit annoying since we wanted to stay connected with the world. , the hotel was close to a busy road, which was a downside since we wanted a more peaceful location for a romantic vacation.

The accomodation is great, the rooms are comfy quite large and clean. The pool is amazing, really big and nice. I would say koh Chang is more of a place for couples and families, it is quite quiet and not alot to do. This accommodation is in a great locationfor u can get to all the beaches very easily.

our honeymoon trip to koh chang was amazing, and Thai Garden Hill Resort made it even better. The friendly staff, stunning pool, and comfortable amenities exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay there again.
